The FedEx Alert Line is not an Emergency Service. Reports submitted to the Alert Line may not receive an immediate response. If there is an immediate threat to life or property, or you require emergency assistance, contact 9-1-1 or your local emergency responders.

Workplace Violence. If you are reporting a concern about workplace violence including, any concerns about intimidation, bullying, harrassment, stalking, written, spoken, or physical threats or any behaviour or action that would put someone in a state of fear or concern for their safety, file a report online with FedEx Security at If it is an emergency, call 9-1-1 or your local emergency responders.

The FedEx Alert Line has been established for the anonymous and confidential reporting of any known or suspected violation of law, the FedEx Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, any other company policy, or any other unethical behavior. Reports may be made by calling a toll-free telephone number or by completing an online questionnaire. Both the telephone hotline and online reporting are available 24-hours a day for use by FedEx employees and Contractors anywhere in the world to the extent permitted by applicable law. Trained operators who are not FedEx employees staff the FedEx Alert Line call center.

Information you provide using the FedEx Alert Line will be promptly transmitted to the appropriate parties, which may include members of senior management and persons from any or all of the following FedEx departments: legal, security, human resources and internal audit. When you contact the FedEx Alert Line, your report will be assigned a control number that will allow you to follow up to receive an update on the matter from FedEx, if any is available, or to contribute additional information.

FedEx policies prohibit any form of retaliation against a person who reports in good faith any known or suspected misconduct.
